Description
Torna a gran richiesta per la stagione 2021 una delle attività più amate delle Alpi Apuane: l'altalena del Monte Forato! Si tratta di un'escursione naturalistica con dulcis in fundo, perchè una volta raggiunta la vetta (forata) verrà allestita dalla Guida Alpina una vera e propria altalena! Sarà come volare grazie a quel foro grande circa 30 m a sbalzo sulle valli dell'alta Versilia, dal quale è ben visibile il mare! anche l'escursione avrà di che meravigliare, tra la visita a grotte misteriose, boschi e torrenti fatati e possibili incontri di animali selvatici del parco non risparmierà lo stupore di chi si addentra sui sentieri delle Alpi Apuane.
Difficoltà: Media, si richiede buona salute psicofisica, assenza di vertigini o fastidi da ambiente
aperto ed esposto.
Dislivello e sviluppo: Circa 750 m di dislivello, il percorso si sviluppa ad anello in circa 8 km.
Tempo di percorrenza a piedi: 5 ore e 30 minuti, escluse le soste.
Pranzo: al sacco.
Ritrovo e rientro: ritrovo presso il bar “la Buca”, Fornovolasco (LU) ore 9,00 - Rientro previsto
tardo pomeriggio, circa le ore 17:00 .
Occorrente: Obbligatorio indossare scarpe da trekking e consigliamo abbigliamento da
escursionismo, possibilmente a "cipolla". In un unico zaino si consiglia di portare acqua (almeno 2
litri), cibo e materiale impermeabile. Utili i bastoncini da trekking. Lo zaino deve poter contenere
anche corde, imbraghi e casco che sarà consegnato al punto d'incontro e servirà per l'altalena
(consigliamo zaino di almeno 35 litri).

Contributo richiesto: 40 € comprendente accompagnamento guidato in escursione e due
lanci con altalena al Monte Forato oppure 20€ per partecipare solamente all'escursione
guidata (senza altalena).
